Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of top law firm patent litigation experience in Hatch-Waxman / Pharmaceutical matters.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Patent Litigation The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of patent litigation experience at a big firm and can handle a busy docket from discovery through trial. 
  • Integral Member of the Team Law firm invests in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growth and a team player is needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degrees Ideal candidates will have an advanced Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology related degree. Immunology, molecular biology and biochemistry background. 
  • Admissions Firm prefers a candidate admitted to the CA Bar. USPTO bonus.
  • Academics Superior academic credentials required. 
  • Outstanding writing ability is required.
