Assignment Start Date: 8/12/2024
- 13 Week Duration | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | 40hrs GTD
Travel Offer:
- Estimated Weekly Total: $2,222
- Stipend included: $1,162
- Hourly Pay: $26.50, O.T: $29.15
- Travel reimbursement: $500

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Point of Care Documentation will be expected - Traveler will be provided with a tablet, but not a cell phone
- Expectation that Travelers will perform 4-5 Visits per day and 20-25 Visits per week
- 40 cents per mile
- One hour coverage radius
- Any Traveler interested in Temp to Perm will be shot to the top of the list for consideration.
Our interdisciplinary hospice team provides a personalized plan of care focused on pain and symptom management, while emphasizing quality of life and comfort.
Submission Requirements
- 2 Years of Hospice - Required
- Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
- Home Care Home Base - Highly Preferred
- Experience with Pain Pumps - Preferred
State License Requirements
- Michigan
Additional License Requirements
- Active Prior to submission
