Position Overview:
As a Mobile Recall Technician, you will play a crucial role in our recall management operations. You will be responsible for traveling to various locations across the greater Tampa, FL area to support our clients in executing product recalls efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Travel: You will travel extensively to client locations, often on short notice, to assist in the recall process.
- Technical Expertise: Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of recalled products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all activities, including product inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, team members, and management to provide updates on recall progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product specifications and recall guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient recall procedures.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the recall process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
