Automotive career school is in search of a talented and dedicated admissions representative who has a strong background in communications and sales. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with others and wants to make a difference in someone's life. The position requires someone with dedication, resiliency, the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges that come your way.

We have a Full Time and Part Time Position Available!

Responsibilities will include:

• Making daily calls to potential students to discuss the benefits of the program.
• Coordinating school visits with students and parents.
• Interviewing students for admissions
• Discussing all the benefits of attending the program and helping students with the enrollment process.
• Extensive follow up methods are required.
• Managing a monthly calendar
• Helping students plan their academic goals and emphasizing on the school services.
• Overcoming objections and providing solutions to problems.
• Working in a team environment
• Post on school social media accounts to motivate future students

Experience and Skills Needed

• This position requires extensive knowledge of communication skills

• Proper phone communication abilities

• Public Presentation skills
• Time management abilities
• Problem solving solutions
• Full Time Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 6pm, and availability to rotate Friday and Saturday as work day from 9am to 4pm.
• Part Time Schedule: Monday to Thursday 2pm to 7pm, Friday or Saturday 10am to 3pm.
• Bi-lingual: Must Speak fluent English and Spanish
• Sales background is a must!
