Working within communities as well as globally in improving access to life saving medications such as Epi pens and vaccines. MobileVax works with foreign governments and health systems in obtaining access to lifesaving pharmaceuticals. We pride ourselves on our main mission thereby keeping the world safe.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for high energy, fast paced, self-motivated and friendly clinicians to assist our team in registering patients and administering COVID vaccines.
Clinicians include:
- Physicians, registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), physician assistants (PAs)
- EMT's & Paramedics
- Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Medical students, residents, nursing students
MA RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES
- Sanitize patient area
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations
- Verify correct patient identification
- Administer vaccine
- Record vaccine lot and give patient shot card record
- Monitor patient for 15-30 minutes after shot
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment
- Comply with all facility and legal regulations
- Escort patients and keep social distancing guidelines
- May involve other duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to administer IM shots
- BLS CPR Certification
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced medical practice
- Team workforce commitment to co-workers; assist with diverse tasks as assigned
- Experience working with EMRs
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, fast paced, autonomous, leader, excellent communicator, organized
- Ability to travel distances within certain geographic area (various vaccination sites in the state of Illinois)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
MobileVaX follows all CDC guidelines, including but not limited to: all patients and workers required to wear face masks, surfaces sanitized, social distancing, etc.
Experience:
- administering injections: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Medical License (RN, LPN, MA, EMT, Paramedic, etc.) (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
