What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESL Tutor- MNAe and MAL-SV position at MOBIS?
Summary
We are looking to employ a qualified part-time temporary ESL tutor to provide English language lessons to foreign adult learners, with an emphasis on Business English, speaking and listening. The ESL tutor will be responsible for providing quality instruction for students of varying English levels, accurately assess their English skills and build lesson plans accordingly.
This role will serve for MAL-SV and MNAe.

About Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC (Savannah Plant)
MOBIS Alabama, LLC. Savannah Plant located in Bryan County, Georgia. MAL-SV is the abbreviation of MOBIS Alabama, LLC (Savannah plant). MAL-SV is a Tier 1 supplier to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). MAL-SV was established on October 7, 2022. MAL-SV is a three (3) shift manufacturing operation that assembles the four major modules (Front Chassis, Rear Chassis, Cockpit, Front End) for vehicles produced by HMGMA. Using components from domestic and overseas suppliers, MAL-SV uses state of the art technology to produce the finished products for HMGMA in a just-in-time, just-in-sequence system. Using the cooperative effort of our Team Members, MAL-SV can provide parts for over 1,300 vehicles a day.
About MOBIS North America electrified powertrain, LLC (MNAe)
MOBIS North America electrified powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly. To supply BSA and PE systems for three major hubs of HMG Group in North America: 1) Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), 2) Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA), and 3) KIA Auto-land Georgia (KaGA), MNAe operates the BSA1 plant in Montgomery County, Alabama, and the BSA2 plant and PE system plant in Bryan County, Georgia are operated. MNAe was established on October 7, 2022. Using the cooperative effort of our Team Members, MNAe can provide parts for over 1,300 vehicles a day.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Build Business English skills in adult English learners
- Arrive prepared and on-time
- Maintain a pleasant learning environment
- Encourage students to speak English and build their confidence in English speaking
Required Education and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years professional TEFL/TESOL experience
- Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language or related areas
- Experience teaching adults / Adult ESL Education
- Neutral English accent
- Sensitivity to the needs of foreign adult learners
- Must be able to provide own class materials and create lesson plans
Schedule:
- Any days between Monday - Friday
- Any times EXCEPT 12:00 PM - 1:00PM
- 2- 3 times per week
- One-on-one and/or classes (Negotiable)
Ability to commute:
- Savannah, GA 31405 - Reliably commute before starting work (REQUIRED).
Work location: One location, on-site
