POSITION SUMMARY:
We are in need of an experience baker. This position requires someone who is detailed, organized and can take initiative. The position will require daily piping of macarons. Fulltime or part time available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in making, piping, and decorating macarons. Assisting with clean up, such as dishes, keeping a clean and organized work station. Making fillings and buttercream. Assist in preparation of over pastries for the week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced baking is required
Experience piping required
Able to work fast paced with good time management
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on your own when needed
A team player and flexible
Ability to figure out what is needed to fill the case based on daily trends
Can-do attitude, and willingness to take direction
Open to learn our ways of prepping
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clean and organized
Able to work morning weekdays
Dependable
