We are seeking a full-time Concierge who is interested in making a difference in the lives of seniors for our Blossom Ridge community. This position is expected to have availability for a schedule rotation on weekends, afternoons and holidays, in addition to day shift.
This role is critical to our standard of exceptional customer service. You are not only the face of Blossom Ridge; you will become the resource our residents and guests will count on.
The following job functions are just a few that are critical to your success in this role:
- Helps residents, families, visitors and the community team as the need arises.
- Provides resource for directions in the community.
- Collect, publish and maintain a local data base of local services available.
- Schedules on-property transportation to/from units and amenities.
- Schedules off-property transportation to/from homes, community services, medical appointments, pharmacies and retail-grocery stores, VORH etc.
- Schedules pickup and delivery of restaurant carry-out, dry cleaners, grocery and retail.
- Schedules reservations and appointments at Blossom amenities, local restaurants and services.
- Provides business office services including copies, fax, internet research.
- Previous experience preferred in Hospitality or Concierge Role preferred.
- Exhibit a sincere desire to work with the senior population.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and contribute to a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
- Exhibit high level of professionalism, courtesy and time management skills.
