Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Mod On Trend located in Des Peres, MO. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day tasks such as managing inventory, assisting customers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining store operations.
Qualifications
• Previous retail management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling is a plus
