Come grow with us by joining our team as a Fabricator! In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. The Fabricator position requires a minimum of two years supervised experience in a weld or fabrication shop. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment utilizing welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Fabricators are required to read and interpret assembly instructions, parts lists, engineering drawings, and blueprints. Position must demonstrate the ability to MIG weld and operate advanced machinery and tools. Position is required to follow industry and company safety standards and policies. Fabricators must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks on time and in a professional manner and work well with others.

Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Performs fabricating duties as directed with supervision.
- Study and interpret assembly instructions.
- Assemble Pre-Fab materials.
- Reads parts lists.
- Safely operates basic tools and machinery.
- Take direction and perform quality work meeting all Company standards.
- Maintain and protect company owned property.
- Follow Company safety protocol at all times and keep work environment clean.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two Plus Years Supervised Experience in Weld or Fabrication Shop.
- Basic Knowledge of Power Tools and Equipment.
- Must have a professional positive attitude.
- Must be punctual.
Physical Requirements

- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Will be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
