San Francisco, Bay Area based Models Inc Talent Agency, Leader in Commercial, Fashion, Print and TV, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, multi-tasker to join our team as a part time booking/administrative assistant.

Looking for candidates with extensive communication skills with both clients and talent via Zoom, phone, text and email. Candidates will need strong on camera presence combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office, google business suite, zoom and accurate typing ability. No experience in the entertainment industry necessary, but a plus if you do.

Candidate must work well with deadlines, be a team player, extremely detail oriented, understand the needs of extensive follow through and impeccable planning skills. Candidates must be willing to tackle anything and everything from to communicating with clients to following up with talent to ensure project needs are met.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home. Training will take place in Dublin and Livermore with a talent booker, once proficient our employees work from home. Our team meets together twice a week to work in person.

Office Assistant Job Duties:
- Assist our administrative team and booking agents

- Assist with interviewing potential talent and models via Zoom

-Oversee talent contract offers, signatures and maintain database

-Update Google Spreadsheets

- Handle incoming and outgoing email- assist in receiving talent requests from clients

- Assist in creating online photo packages of Models Inc. talent and send to clients

- Assist in coordinating and confirm auditions, go-sees, and bookings with clients and talent

- Must work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Must be able to think quickly and problem solve with the team and as an individual

NOTE: First 3 months will meet with another employee daily for training purposes and probation. Then work from home with weekly in person meetings. Must have your own laptop, printer, internet and cell phone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
