Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hormone Specialist (PA or NP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hormone replacement therapy, men’s health, and wellness. This role will involve conducting patient consultations, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering hormone therapy services. You will be responsible for evaluating patient hormone levels, monitoring treatment outcomes, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient consultations and evaluations to assess hormone imbalances and related health concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and other hormone-related treatments.
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy protocols, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness of treatment.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on lab results, patient progress, and medical protocols.
- Educate patients on hormone therapies, treatment options, and lifestyle changes that can enhance their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in hormone therapy and men’s health.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and follow-up care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid state license.
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in hormone replacement therapy, endocrinology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of hormone therapies, including testosterone, thyroid, and other endocrine treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate about men’s health, wellness, and optimizing patient outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
