Responsibilities:
Maintain the corporate talent management system that manages MTSI's performance, learning and career development programs. Partner with key stakeholders on business requirements, evaluate and recommend system changes, change system configurations, and manage permissions to enable new system capabilities and business requirements. Demonstrate the company's core values.
Maintain the company-wide system administration for MTSI's third-party talent management system (TMS); act as an escalation point for TMS-related issues
Maintain TMS system data elements including learning content (e.g., e-Learning, classroom, non-traditional learning, formal/informal learning modalities, etc.)
Perform quality assurance checks on learning content, test content for proper functionality, and perform updates/corrections on e-Learning courses to resolve problems
Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs, modify and improve existing programs, and clean up existing learning within the TMS
Design, create and deliver training content in coordination with other team members.
Manage learning and performance data analytics; maintain reports, proactively use data to identify business needs and evaluate/propose solutions, and present findings
Assist/participate in talent management system test design, system testing, system implementation and support of the user for adoption purposes and ease of use
Partner with third-party vendors to remain current on system specifications and releases and communicate updates and changes to impacted stakeholders
Assist with performing routine maintenance processes to manage talent management system accuracy, functionality and the management of exceptions
Works effectively as a team member with other members of the HR department
Establishes and maintains collaborative professional relationships with other (internal and external) learning partners in order to plan learning opportunities.

Qualifications:
3 years experience in training and development designing and developing training
2 years experience managing Cornerstone OnDemand and/or EdCast
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to research, design, and implement effective training and development programs.
Strong technical aptitude, able to learn and understand software applications and perform technical tasks quickly and accurately
Strong analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking
Ability to accomplish multiple priorities, and trouble-shoot issues in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to document conclusions and develop recommendations
Strong customer service focus with a keen sense of urgency
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent facilitation and teaching skills
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Excellent consultation, organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Previous Experience
e-Learning platform course development experience (i.e., Articulate Storyline)
Experience using and creating tools and dashboards with Smartsheet
Learning Experience Platform design and development experience
Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology
