Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a LIDAR Feature Owner - Lanes for a direct hire position with a client located in Troy, MI. The qualified candidates must have 2 years of engineering experience including 2 years of LIDAR/RADAR.
This is a direct hire role with a salary range of $110-$132k/year
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Definition and specification of the functional behavior of driver assistance systems Analysis of end user functions and their requirements Analysis of system and failure behavior taking into account the influence of external components Adherence to the development process according to Automotive Spice Presentation and demonstration of results and status to customers and management Support and review of test activities, test specifications and test analyses Contact person for internal and external customers as well as for functional managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automotive engineering, physics) or comparable training LIDAR and/or RADAR experience Functional automotive experience, preferably in the area of automatic driver assistance systems (ADAS) Knowledge of ISO26262/ISO15504/Automotive Spice as well as automotive tools (e.g. CANoe, ADTF, Doors) Programming knowledge in C/C is preferred Experience in the area of model-based development is helpful Experience with vehicle architectures and sensors from the driver assistance area and their functionality is helpful High degree of creativity and innovation Initiative, team player, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technical systems
