Who We Are: Multicultural Home Care is a local provider of Home Care Services with 3 locations in Massachusetts. We care for the aging and disabled populations in their homes and communities. We are a Modivcare company with affiliate personal care brands across 7 states. We serve an ethnically diverse population and support many languages in our local offices.

FT and PT Positions Needed (1 hour - 40 hours/week):
- Home Health Aides (HHA)
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Personal Care (PC)
- Homemakers
Where We Are Hiring: for Massachusetts. Working in client homes in the Everett and Malden areas. Caregivers will need to be able to travel through the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
- Meal Preparation/Diet/Eating
- Light Housekeeping
- Dressing
- Mobility
- Personal hygiene
- Medication reminders
- Transportation, as needed
- Provide safety, oversight, and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home
- Document/report any changes in the client's health status
- Ensure the highest client safety and well-being

Approved Provider: Multicultural Home Care is a provider for Medicaid Waiver Programs through the Aging Services Access Points in MA. We partner with many Managed Care Organizations to bring needed services to our communities.
