The Luxe client is high-intent and is expecting a customer experience with a high level of interaction and professionalism from their dedicated Designer. Our Premium clients have similar expectations of their experience, and both are the core of our business at Modsy.  By joining our team as a Luxe-flex Designer, you will be responsible for the client’s journey through the entire design process. You will take on both Luxe and Premium clients while in this role, though the mix of assigned work will vary and is based on demand in both Premium and Luxe packages.  This role requires a high level of client interaction with a strong focus on design and sales. You will be engaging with your clients to develop a design direction, execute draft designs, and perfect their interior design experience with Modsy. We are looking for someone who is a team player, a fast learner, and is flexible. This person also shares a love for design and feels comfortable and confident offering style advice, helping clients make purchasing decisions. We are looking for someone who can go above and beyond with our clients and can quickly problem-solve to ensure that our customers receive fast and delightful service and who ultimately love and buy the furniture in their designs. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced with Modsy clients and culture, has demonstrated strong design and critical thinking skills, and has excelled in creating an excellent client experience.
