The Marketing Coordinator supports the Western Region’s marketing department of Compass Development Marketing Group, the new development division of Compass. This position's main focus will be the marketing efforts of one significant development in San Francisco. The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a sales and marketing team that is striving to outperform the market implementing best practices and distinct programs to drive results.

Responsibilities:
Drafts and distributes agendas and notes for client meetings.
Maintains and organizes project collateral files.
Identifies third-party vendors and helps manage their performance.
Serves as a liaison between the Marketing team and a variety of third-party vendors, including creative firms, advertising agencies, public relations firms, sales center vendors, etc.
Supports the Marketing team in the development of key client deliverables, including project positioning, budgets, timelines, public relations, social media, sales center and model home design, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc.
Updates and maintains client deliverables as necessary.
Ensures the sales gallery is well run to welcome guests with a 5 star service position.
Updates and maintains social media pages as directed.
Coordinates and manages marketing events at sales centers and offsite locations.
Executes eBlast campaigns and advertising efforts.
Tracks and reconciles project petty cash accounts.
Manages and coordinates sales center and model home moves, including meeting vendors onsite.
Supports and coordinates initiatives across the Marketing department.
Assists with compilation and distribution of various sales and marketing reports.
Desired Skills & Experience
BA/BS degree required.
3-5 years of prior work experience. Residential real estate preferred, but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and G suite. General understanding of CRM software a plus.
Experience managing social media campaigns a plus.
Flexible and responsible.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
