Your job, should you be qualified, will be to help coordinate the documentation and activities of a real estate investment company. This company buys, rehabs, sells, and holds houses for long-term profit.
Although very successful, in order to grow fruitfully, the company needs to document standard operating procedures and establish the appropriate communication platforms to ensure the team continues to work cohesively as it grows.
We are looking for a talented individual with experience helping small businesses grow.
- You should be comfortable establishing new systems and ensuring all members of the team are actively using the available communication tools. Working in the real estate field is a plus but not necessary.
- You will help gather all documentation and create appropriate Standard Operating Procedures. All documentation needs to be appropriately categorized and provided in clear, consumable form to all team members.
- Data needs to be organized and properly documented for accuracy and reliance.
- Appropriate communication and task completion systems need to be established to eliminate the need for email communication.
- You will help the owner establish appropriate tools: Google Docs, Asana or Trello or Clickup, Airtable, Slack, Miro, Loom, Facebook, etc. The tools should be platform agnostic: we use both Apple and Microsoft-based products.
- Once established, you will be responsible for ensuring the team is engaged with the tool set. You will also ensure the team members make effective use of the tools and follow procedures. Long term, you will be responsible for ensuring the team actively uses the toolset and completes assigned tasks.
- You will help the owner track appropriate results measurements to help keep the focus on what is important to the company's health.
- Be able to create social media accounts.
- Be able to set up and coach team members to the various software applications mentioned in the job description.
- Be responsible for tracking result measurements.
- Be organized and able to communicate frequently with owner and/or team members.
