Sanitation Manager

```
Duties:
- Perform sanitation duties in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with coworkers and supervisors
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to supervise and manage a team of sanitation workers
- Commercial Cleaning: Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning practices in commercial settings
- Supervising: Experience overseeing the work of others and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Launder: Familiarity with laundering procedures for linens, towels, and other textiles
- Custodial: Understanding of custodial duties and responsibilities in maintaining cleanliness in various environments
- Hotel/Housekeeping Management: Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for housekeeping operations
- Clean: Ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Manage: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality: Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests or customers
