Mom365 is the nation’s leading newborn photography company in the industry. The company is now on an aggressive growth trajectory following new leadership in 2022 alongside an impressive 75-year history. Our brand is built on an amazing in hospital photo experience, beautiful newborn photography, and strong relationships with our hospital partners. As such, we seek the best and the brightest to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Representative to continue our growth.

As a Mom365 Business Development Representative, 90% of your role will be to build a robust pipeline of qualified hospital partners using targeted prospecting and relationship-building techniques, including face-to-face, virtual, and phone contacts and presentations. In addition, you will spend 10% of your time working alongside local district managers, assessing your markets, and partnering with them to assist in your efforts. Your performance will be measured, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions above and beyond your salary.

  • Be a Mom365 brand steward
  • Embrace the established Mom365 CRM process and protocols for new leads
  • Engage in a meaningful, brand-relevant way with prospects through a high volume of outbound phone/email/video calling activity
    • Support Mom365’s value proposition
    • Understand the importance and value of building a true partnership with the prospect accounts.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Mom365’s products and competitive differentiators and an awareness of customer needs to maximize customer progression to the next level of the sales funnel.
    • Connect with and close marketing-generated leads from our current database and achieve time-sensitive KPIs.
    • Aggressively research new lead sources to build a powerful lead-generation stream.
  • Be customer-centric and results-oriented, supporting Mom365 brand equity and expansion.

 Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred but not required
  • 1 years’ experience in B2B (outside/inside) sales and/or phone sales
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/Office 365 skills
  • CRM experience
  • Excellent communication skills, charismatic personality, and phone voice.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and powerful presentations (in person/virtual)
  • Understands/has worked in extended sales cycle environments
  • Willingness to travel as market conditions require.

Mom365 Compensation and Benefits

  • The on-target earnings for this position ranges between $80k-$85k
  • Base ($70k) commission opportunity
