You'll report to the manager of our growing Market Research Expert Services team, as part of the larger Customer organization. We're experts in surveys and market research, and we help customers get the answers they need help make important decisions.
What we're looking for
A passionate consulting professional who understands market research, survey software, and has excellent customer-facing skills.
You will
- Create end-to-end quantitative market research projects including customer consultation, questionnaire design, survey programming, data analysis, and data reporting using SurveyMonkey’s software solutions and industry-standard market research techniques
- Work with a team of internal partners and vendors, with primary responsibility for delivering market research products
- Provide technical expertise as a market research expert including knowledge of the SurveyMonkey platform, analysis methodologies, and market research use cases
- Manage multiple market research projects and clients simultaneously
- Use SurveyMonkey software knowledge to configure surveys and reports and participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes
You have
- 3-5 years professional experience in a client-facing role
- 3-5 years of professional experience in quantitative market research
- Experience using DIY market research tools (including survey design and analysis)
- Experience with longitudinal tracking studies, including brand tracking
- Familiarity with analytic techniques including max dif, conjoint, and regression modeling
- Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS or similar
- Consultative selling skills and ability to show customer empathy
- Understanding of a range of research techniques
- Experience solving problems in customer-facing situations
