What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Sourcer position at Momentive?
What we're looking for
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will focus on Go-to-Market and General & Administrative roles which include sales, customer success, HR, finance, marketing, and strategy and operations roles. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will help find and engage a diverse mix of qualified candidates to consider for our open roles. You will grow expertise in search techniques and candidate engagement. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to focus on building pipelines for our teams. You will identify, engage, screen, and cultivate talent while always communicating with recruiters and hiring managers about the knowledge you gain and feedback you receive during the search. You will seek to further our core values and stay true to our commitment to diversity.
You will
- Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and maintain active candidate pipelines and passive talent pools to meet quarterly hiring goals.
- Identify and engage high-quality talent that demonstrate relevant skills, abilities, and a strong values alignment to company core values.
- Update and monitor the CRM and ATS (Gem and Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and visibility throughout the sourcing recruitment process.
- Work with internal teams by attending and participating in candidate hiring meetings and team meetings.
You have
- 2 years previous experience sourcing or recruiting for corporate go-to-market, sales, and/or G&A roles.
- Experience with talent sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter and a CRM. You identify, engage, then qualify prospects, while pitching them the opportunity to join Momentive.
- A history of working collaboratively and innovatively. You have fostered partnerships internally, while building great relationships with candidates externally.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and knowledge of current DE&I trends and best practices.
