What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mother's Helper / position at MommyAssist?
The MommyAssist team is growing quickly and we are looking for awesome people to grow with us! Our Assisters understand mom life (most of our Assisters have been nannies, worked with children and/or are mommies themselves) and are ready to help families located in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
Ideal candidates are service oriented, love helping people and have a “go the extra mile” attitude. Assisters should also be quick on their feet, but thorough. This is a flexible gig job that allows you to work days and hours that fit your schedule.
Requirements:
- Able to complete household tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, organizing, errands and more. You choose from our services and don't need to be able to do it all.
- Timely arrival to all scheduled appointments.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communications skills, adaptable personality
- Discretion and confidentiality
- 3-4 years customer service experience or experience working with moms/children/household services
- Must have reliable transportation
- Will be subject to a background check
