We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services for our clients. The successful candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other related tasks. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform minor carpentry work.
- Install and repair fixtures and appliances.
- Troubleshoot problems with existing systems.
- Assess the condition of buildings and recommend repairs.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and cleaning.
- Maintain records of work performed.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
