Monarch is looking for full Time LPN to work a 4 week contract making $35/ hr!!! After your 4 week contract is complete you will be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus of $3500 if you apply to the facility or Monarch Float Pool.

A Day in the Life of a Licensed Practical Nurse
As an LPN at Monarch, you arrive each day and ensure that your patients are happy, healthy, and safe. You are responsible for the nursing care of our residents under the direction of the registered nurse. You are a part of the front-line staff which is most visible to our residents and their loved ones. You treat those you care for the same way you would want your own family members treated. You love people and enjoy interacting with patients and residents, as well as family, visitors, and other healthcare providers.
You are involved in the care planning process and you adhere to standards of care and follow specific policies and procedures. You complete charting, facilitate all physician orders, administer medications, sign out medications and treatments, obtain and transcribe physician orders, and documents PRN's. You observe, document, and report findings to the RN.
You also provide leadership for the nursing assistants. You lead by example and mentor and coach them on providing quality care and inspire them to do it with a genuinely positive and caring attitude. Your good leadership helps maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Qualifications
* Current registration as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Minnesota
* Valid CPR Certificate
* Successful completion of an approved school of nursing
* Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Salary : $35 - $3,500
