This high-profile individual will bring their recruitment and brand management strengths to Monarch and redefine our approach to growing our employment base. Monarch seeks the creativity of maximizing social media strategies and online presence to attract and retain Minnesota’s finest healthcare personnel. The perfect person for this role will create a seamless flow of acquisition from our recruitment efforts in the market to the successful onboarding in our locations. This position affects all levels within Monarch and should be able to demonstrate success in recruitment at the senior level all the way to front line talent.
