We are actively interviewing individuals for an entry-level Analyst role within our Rotational Program.  This is a full-time, comprehensive opportunity based in Franktown, CO (just South of Denver), open to professionals that have a true desire pursue real estate as their chosen career path.

Purpose: Builds the critical skills and abilities to understand and support any Monarch department or team. Executes on a variety of assignments company-wide to develop these skills and gain an integrated view of company operations. Uses systems, data, research, analysis, critical thinking, and independent judgment to resolve issues and deliver best-in-class support and insights.

Rotation Schedule:

• 3 Weeks - Training
• 3 Months - On-Site
• 3 Months - Accounting
• 3 Months - Corporate Services/Database and Reporting
• 3 Months - Marketing
• 3 Months - Project Analyst

Requirements:

• Interest in real estate investment and management
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management and/or related field
• 1-3 years of job experience in a related field
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Be willing to reside at one of our nationally owned apartment communities for up to 3-consecutive months; you will be given a free apartment
