Welcome to Monarch OB Gyn! We are looking for a friendly OB Gyn triage nurse to assist our patients. Majority of the job is done over the phone and the computer doing the following......
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Phone/triage questions
A high level of OB and Gyn knowledge of intrapartum, postpartum, surgical, and general complaints is required. We expect friendliness and patience as you help our patients through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
-Referrals and Prior Authorizations
Experiences with referrals to specialists and with prior authorizations is required. These will require both phone skills, computer skills, and fax skills
-Timeliness and organizational skills
This job requires a lot of multitasking! So keeping organized in order for you to keep timely will be important
-Computer skills ARE A MUST
-Positive attitudes with a team based approach
