POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Seasonal Client Advisor, with a strong presence and natural elegance, will guide clients through Moncler’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and his/her needs, by building a long-lasting relationship.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers during all interaction in accordance with the Moncler selling and service standards
- Achieves and exceeds sales goals (including individual sales, Average Dollar Sales (ADS), Units per Transactions (UPT), and Data Capture
- Follow company policies, procedures and use visual guidelines to maintain visual standards
- Follow-up with customers with after-sales services including tailoring and repairs
- Accurately process all transactions efficiently and Assist in inventory preparation and execution
- Work with all team members to maintain a professional and productive environment
- Professionally interacts with all levels of Management and Corporate partners
- Build customer loyalty through active client development in adherence to company initiatives (Retail Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Clienteling/CRM program)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest in retail or previous experience in the luxury retail sector and a proven track record of successful sales generation
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff
- Ability to read and analyze sales reports and operate company technology
- Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment; strong attention to detail
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Multi-lingual (Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking a plus)
Salary : $36,700 - $46,500
