monday.com is looking for a Community & Social Media Manager specifically dedicated to the Digital Lift initiative, our philanthropic arm that bring tech to NGOs around the world.
The person will build and lead our social media strategy and create an online & offline community for NGOs. This person will join Digital Lift’s growing team and make a global impact on the way NGOs work.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building a successful online and offline community - a must
Experience in defining social media strategy, KPIs, and goals to grow audience and engagement - a must
2 years of experience
Knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
Outstanding organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Ability to take initiatives from ideas to actions quickly
Strong communication skills – able to work independently while also collaborating with others
Writing skills in Hebrew and English
Experience with the nonprofit sector in the US
About The Role:
Research and establish the online & offline communities
Choose the right platforms & channels of communication
Identify & collaborate with thought leaders to create value for the community
Design & execute a content plan for the global & local communities including newspaper, webinars, podcast and more!
Build and execute a full-cycle social media management — researching, goal setting, publishing, and analyzing
Write content & work with creative team to generate content that upholds the brand and effectively communicates the Digital Lift message
Publish, and share content according to best practice
Monitor the success through native and third party social analytics tools
