What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Mondo Restaurant?
The chef is responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant. This position will oversee all activity in the kitchen. Some of your functions will include:
- Make periodic and regular inspections of units to observe quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and employee appearance.
- Looking for a team player.
We require our candidates to have a minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience.
