Compensation Range: $45-$65/hr
Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager II to join their team and manage the brand transition for CPB (Client Private Brands) in 2024. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and marketing activities to maximize sales of the assigned product line. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in product management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and bringing to market of new private brand products.
- Coordinate product development across cross-functional teams to deliver within target SLAs.
- Oversee product refreshes, including brand transitions and packaging changes, for existing catalog.
- Design and implement new processes to help scale the business.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and product managers to ensure alignment and success of key projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members, as needed.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 Years of Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in product management or related field.
- Familiarity with Product Development Practices:
- Familiarity with a variety of product development concepts, practices, and procedures, with a proven track record of owning development processes.
- Effective Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Previous experience in brand transition management or product marketing.
- Familiarity with food safety, legal, design, quality, and consumer insights processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and improve product quality.
