Mondottica Americas is a subsidiary of Mondottica LTD, a global leader in the design and distribution of internationally renowned fashion eyewear. Mondottica distributes product in over 50 countries worldwide with a portfolio of brands that include Benetton, Christian Lacroix, Hackett, Pepe Jeans, Quicksilver and Sandro.
A Mondottica Sales Consultant manages a specified market servicing and supporting the independent eye care professionals’ channel in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include calling on existing and prospective accounts in the field daily providing exemplary customer care while achieving sales goals.
A Mondottica Sales consultant manages a territory of approximately 500 potential customers and maintains a 10-12 week selling cycle. Customer care expectation includes serving the frame boards during the normal cycle and merchandising and brand training for IECP staff. Badger Mapping is provided for all sales consultants to create daily routes, maintain customer data and log calls.
Mondottica offers one of the highest commission programs that includes quarterly and annual bonuses. Expense support is provided along with company sponsored customer incentives to rapidly grow sales and build a substantial customer base.
Opportunities include sales contests, attending regional and national trade shows, and advancement within the company.
Qualifications
Sales experience a must. Optical background a plus
Proven sales performance and ability to open new accounts and grow existing customer base.
Strong ability to develop and nurture relationships.
Daily field time required. Possible overnight travel.
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance and must be eligible to work in the United States.
Use of a vehicle that accommodates 6 medium sized sample bags and supplies.
Ability to lift 30lb sample bags.
Intermediate computer-use knowledge that includes MS office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is an independent sales position.
Total first year earnings range $50k - $70k with unlimited income potential.
