If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Director you will supervise the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
- Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures
- Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
- Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation.
- Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare facility
- Supervisory experience

Experience
Required- 1 - 3 years: Customer Service
- 1 - 3 years: Familiar with Washington State Long Term Care Facility requirements.
