Min Skills:
- Accurately completes process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system;
- Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly;
- Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery;
- Work in a production environment assembling mechanical laboratory devices;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area;
- Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions;
- Reading and interpreting basic schematics and drawings;
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work with limited supervision, requires detailed instructions only on new assignments;
- Crimping and splicing of wires;
- Working with small hand tools under magnification.
Higher skilled:
- Assemble simple to sophisticated laboratory fluid handling equipment and robots;
- Supports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities;
- Use of common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers;
- Basic soldering and wire harnessing;
Must read and write basic English
Must know how to use hand tools
