Duties: The Computer Science department is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure track position at the assistant professor level with expertise in software engineering and computer science starting in August 2024. Responsibilities include teaching computer science and software engineering at undergraduate levels, active scholarship and service to the department and college. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. for assistant professor (master's degree or higher for instructor) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field, Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software engineering, Prior university-level teaching experience, Industry experience, Good record of scholarly activity.
