What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROGRAM MANAGER position at Montefiore Medical Center?
The FPG Digital Transformation Team plays an important role in advancing projects related to the identification, development, analysis, and optimization of performance in the Faculty Practice Group, which consist of more than 80 faculty practices and specialty sites, the Patient Access Center and Professional Services. Working under the responsibility of the Director, Digital Transformation the Program Manager assists in the evaluation and organization of various aspects of the multidisciplinary Digital Transformation programs. The position will focus on various areas of performance improvement, including procedure standardization, quality, patient experience and workforce management. The Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing multiple Digital Transformation projects throughout the Faculty Practice Group within time constraints and budgetary guidelines.
The Program Manager must have a detailed understanding of the concepts of digital transformation, performance improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
Program Manager prepares scopes of work, coordinates schedules, and provides status updates to the Digital Transformation team, department leadership team members and other stakeholders
Assists in managing Digital Transformation projects, related to quality, efficiency, satisfaction and value
Works closely with leadership to ensure that the scope and direction of each Digital Transformation project aligns with strategic goals, budgets, and Faculty Practice Group business plans
Facilitates interdisciplinary, collaborative digital transformation improvement activities for the Faculty Practice Group. Coordinates related routine, committee and task-force meetings
Provides information management, data collection and analytical support for the Digital Transformation team, including maintaining scorecards for all service lines (continuously updates benchmarks and expected results)
Required
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
5 years years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare performance digital transformation improvement standards and benchmarking tools
