We are looking for a primary Montessori teacher for our school. Montessori Children’s Room (MCR) and MCR Elementary is a locally owned Montessori school founded in 1985. MCR is a highly regarded Montessori school in the Omaha community serving students 2.5-12 years of age. Following the philosophy developed by Dr. Maria Montessori over a century ago, MCR provides children with the opportunity to achieve academic excellence in a loving and peaceful environment.
This candidate would work in our primary classroom with our 3-6 year old students. This is a co-teaching classroom. The teacher the candidate would be working with is a trained Montessori teacher with several years of experience. The candidate should have a degree or is working toward a degree and have a love of children. We do operate as a school with regularly paid school breaks and summers off.
