We are a Pittsburgh area distributor seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative work at our busy office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, effective communicator and extremely familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and will be required to learn our proprietary software. The Office Manager will also be required to complete various accounting and human resource-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations.
- Manage the office budget information.
- Enter daily deposits and credit card processing.
- Handle company AR and AP.
- Communicate with corporate accounting.
- Maintain industry registrations.
- Manage human resources and personnel files.
- Manage office facilities and equipment.
- Assist upper management in daily needs, reports, and analytics.
Candidate must
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be on on-time and show for work on scheduled days.
- Have management, accounting, and clerical skills.
- Pass a drug test.
- Work at the physical office location.
- Have excellent communication and written skills.
Pay: $25 – 29 per hour, commensurate with experience
