Position Reports to Administrative Director of Educational Partnerships
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position will be open until filled.
The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach will communicate the College’s Dual Enrollment, Global Academy, and University Center program and course offerings for the purposes of recruitment, enrollment and retention. The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students, applicants, and returning students through phone, email and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College’s enrollment processes. The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach must understand academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation. The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is expected to conduct and participate in program events, presentations, information sessions and off campus events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for prospective and returning students by providing consistent, accurate and timely information about Dual Enrollment, Global Academy, and University Center programs.
Follow up consistently with prospective students/ applicants utilizing Signal Vine, the customer relationship management (CRM) tool, to monitor their progress as they move through the application and registration process.
Update CRM records accurately and in real time when working with prospective students/applicants.
Monitor inquiries, applicants and returning student pipeline and respond in a timely manner.
Support the High School Programs Department with phone and/or email outreach, including but not limited to students, parents, guidance counselors, Dual Enrollment instructors, principals and Community Based Organizational partners.
Support the Enrollment Services Generalist to ensure all Dual Enrollment students are registered.
Work collaboratively with the Assistant Registrar to help secure outstanding grades, incompletes, or missing grades for specific students
Monitor and respond to inquiries received at all stages of Dual Enrollment, Global Academy, and University Center recruitment.
Follow up with phone and/or email outreach to internal college partners and external partners, including but not limited to superintendents, principals, students, parents, Dual Enrollment K-12 partners, and Community Based Organization contacts.
Conduct campus presentations/tours and off campus events as needed.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
Education/Training/Work Experience
Associate degree required
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work evening and weekend schedule.
Ability to travel to off-campus sites
