What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Graphic Designer position at Moody's Career?

The Graphic Artist will assist in strategic design initiatives, providing direct support to global sales teams, in close collaboration with Industry Practice Leads. The GTM Graphic Artist will help develop internal and external marketing materials the sales organization will leverage to facilitate compelling, story-driven presentations. This role will partner closely with central marketing and solutions marketing teams, by creating customer segment-specific materials.

Role/Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex problems and distill them into a simplified stories and graphics
  • Create brand-aligned and story-driven designs for use in presentations, videos, websites, customer materials, and other platforms
  • Render solutions marketing materials relevant for specific customer outreach
  • Proactively explore new and innovative visual approaches and techniques for data-driven storytelling, specific to customers’ use case
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Visual Design
  • 3-5 years’ experience in visual design
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience in creating compelling designs that tell a story
  • Ability to present design concepts, iterations, and final visuals to defend design decisions along the way
  • Strong desire and ability to perform as a collaborative team player and successfully juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Manage multiple projects and able to reprioritize on a minute-to-minute basis
  • Eagerness to grow existing knowledge in the design and presentation fields
  • Expert skill in design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills and ability to track progress and milestones
  • Video editing skills is a plus
