Our team in Aircraft Group is looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Manager to join them. You will report to the Military NPI Program Director and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for the NPI Process Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
- 5 Years of Leadership Experience
- Experience managing overall company resources recognizing changes to customer requirements
As an NPI Process Manager, you will:
- Regulate sub-process performance by leading team activities, monitoring performance metrics and balancing headcount vs. workload to achieve optimum process efficiencies.
- Maximize capabilities to meet performance goals and identify issues and provide alternative direction to minimize potential impacts.
- Develop plans to flow down to teams for implementation by collaborating with the Operations Program Managers and Product Engineers to assure tactical plans mesh with each other and overall Site strategy is being accomplished.
- Lead the team through training and continuous process improvement implementations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sub-process coordinating personnel moves, facilities, and equipment utilization for assembly and test.
- Lead and motivate the Process Teams in achieving goals and encouraging employee involvement.
- Resolve complex issues while setting guidelines for team and process operation.

Salary Range:
$77,000-$105,000
This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
