Customer Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support services
- Support the smooth processing of sales administration
- Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process transactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
- Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work full-time
- Ability to commute to work location in Tampa, FL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential
