SEA Lead (m/f/div)
Moonfare has now graduated from startup phase and is now thundering into scale-up phase. We are looking for a SEA Lead who is able to develop and grow the SEA team at Moonfare to drive quality traffic through our platform as we take this next step of our growth journey. Over the last 12 months new registrations at Moonfare have more than doubled, we have internationalised into several countries across Europe and Asia and the Moonfare rocket does not intend to stop growing. You will:
- Build and lead Moonfares SEA team by hiring new, hungry, driven SEA Moonfarians!
- Provide a steady flow of of quality leads to maintain Moonfares ambitious global growth and internationalisation plans
- Grow our customer base by building and optimising SEA campaigns
- Work with the our new Growth Marketing team to run language specific campaigns in the appropriate countries using the popular social networks of that country
- Experimentation drives our innovation, you’ll run AB tests to propel our marketing to new heights
- We want you to investigate! We know things will break! Failing is part of the role! You will investigate and test new innovative marketing channels and techniques to take our SEA campaigns to the moon!
The next Moonfarian:
- Has several years SEA experience ideally within a startup/scale up environment
- Has a proven track record of increasing internet traffic and optimising conversions
- Is a true leader and is able to guide and develop their team and everyone around them as well as attract and retain the best talent from across the globe
- Is data driven, excited by numbers and uses these skills to improve the day to day operation of the business and implement and improve marketing processes
- Has a deep understanding of the technical marketing landscape
- Has one ear on the market and is on top of the latest SEA trends
- Has outstanding stakeholder management skills and is able to inspire and align the wider business
