1st and 2nd shift available
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency
- Starting (cycling in) of molding process and robotics on each machine
- Document activities related to processing set up, changes, variances
- Detect faulty operations and/or materials
- Troubleshooting molding process problems and corrective actions
- Work closely with Supervisor and Quality Inspector to meet customer expectations
- Build robot programs and end of arm tooling or further training required
Job Requirements:
- Plastic injection molding experience
- Processing experience
- Wittmann and Sepro experience nice to have
