Moore Homes Services has an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated entry level HVAC Installer Trainee. Successful candidates are organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and able to efficiently multi-task. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Serve existing accounts by analyzing and performing work orders; gather components, parts, and tools to complete installation
- Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
- Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with our quality and safety standards
- Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
- Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
- Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Work is performed in and/or around residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
- Moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time.
- Occasional exposure to physical risk such as heat in excess of 100 degrees, sun exposure, walking up ladders in excess of thirty feet, along with exposure to insects, rodents, and sewage
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75lbs
- Frequently ascend/descend ladder and maintain balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
