We are a franchise-owned MooYah restaurant looking at building a team to give our community the best dining/take-out experience every time. Responsibilities of a Shift Manager:
● Train/Lead the team to be efficiently and appropriately running the restaurant
● Ensure each guest has the best experience every time
● Appropriately, calmly handle all customer or team member conflicts
● Manage cash deposits & make change for drawers when needed
● Maintain cleanliness standards throughout every shift
● Properly fill and uphold Temperature/Health/Safe Logs
Job Requirements:
● Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment
● Eager to be part of a team
● Great communications both with coworkers & guests
● Have reliable transportation
● Have prior Management experience
