Responsibilities of a Shift Manager:
● Train/Lead the team to be efficiently and appropriately running the restaurant
● Ensure each guest has the best experience every time
● Appropriately, calmly handle all customer or team member conflicts
● Manage cash deposits & make change for drawers when needed
● Maintain cleanliness standards throughout every shift
● Properly fill and uphold Temperature/Health/Safe Logs

● Great communications both with coworkers & guests
● Have reliable transportation
● Have prior Management experience
