WE'RE LOOKING FOR BILINGUAL (ENGLISH-SPANISH) RECEPTIONISTS!
As a home health agency receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- IMPORTANT: COMPUTER SKILLS.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Transcribe notes, correspondence, and other documents accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access.
- Speak Spanish and English.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist positions.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems such as Vesta EVV and HHAeXchange.
Working conditions:
- This position operates in an office environment within a home health agency.
- Regular hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
