With our innovative fiber vacuum-formed shapes and a team that’s already smashing targets, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our success story going. Manufacturing bespoke products used all over the world, no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Direct and coordinate of our production floor, where you’ll oversee a focused team of 15 and collaborate with a seasoned Process Engineer.
- Dive into the world of CNC programming and precision machining, working on varied parts that make a real-world difference.
- Manage day-to-day production and ensure our high standards for quality and efficiency are met, if not exceeded.
- Keep track of production data, ensuring everything from inventory to costs is on point.
Qualifications
You will need to have:
- Either a Community College or University Degree in engineering, with experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and handle tasks both complex and straightforward with care and accuracy.
- Proficiency in CNC equipment programming, with a firm grasp of G codes - Training and mentorship will be provided.
- Good communication skills and the knack for teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic know-how of MS Office and any experience with ERP systems is a bonus.
