Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Persian, Tagalog, Russian, a plus
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
